In compliance with the laws in force regarding the purchase of wines and spirits, Tenuta Martinelli sells to users who have already reached the age of 18. The conditions of sale applicable to each purchase order are those in force on the date of the order. Once all the fields have been selected, you can add the selection to the cart. The minimum quantity for each reference is 6 bottles, with the exception of gift boxes.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs are included in the sale price. The buyer can choose another type of shipment with communication that must be given to the seller before the conclusion of the purchase contract.<\/p>\n

In any case, if the buyer chooses this type of option, the costs will be borne by the buyer and the risk of loss, destruction or deterioration will pass to the buyer with delivery to the Carrier chosen by him. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n\t<\/div> [\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]The online sale of Tenuta Martinelli Societ\u00e0 Agricola Srl products is governed by articles 50 – 68 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206) as amended by Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n. 21). This legislation provides in favor of the consumer the right to withdraw from contracts or contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the purchased product and to obtain refund of the expenses incurred. The customer has the right to cancel his order within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods.<\/p>\n

This right consists of the right to return the purchased goods and the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price and delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from a delivery different from the standard one).<\/p>\n

Within 14 (fourteen) days, the customer can withdraw from the contract without providing any explanation.<\/p>\n

The communication must contain the declaration of wanting to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating your order number, invoice and customer code, which products must be subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the article code), as well as the bank details on which obtain the bank transfer (IBAN).<\/p>\n

According to the law (Law n.185 of 22\/05\/1999) the return of the goods is subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n

The purchased good must be substantially intact (free from damage or tampering)<\/p>\n

The costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer and depend on the courier.<\/p>\n

It is recommended, for the customer’s benefit, to prepare the package carefully using suitable packaging (preferably the originals) and for the shipment a courier or other suitable means to allow the traceability of the shipment.<\/p>\n
